Overview
The Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. The Sales Assistant is a key member of the team, aiding in increasing sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the sales department

  • Support sales representatives in maintaining client relationships
  • Process and manage sales orders and invoices
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and sales-related documentation
  • Assist in the organization of sales events and promotional activities
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of customer records
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies

Required qualifications
