Role Summary

xIoTz sales team is looking for a highly motivated and energetic sales representative who can lead end to end sales. The role involves prospecting and qualifying potential customers, presenting and demonstrating the eXtended Operation Centre (XOC), negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Sales Representative will
be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of xIoTz CyberAssurance Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry,
Develop and execute sales plans and strategies focussing on SMB/SME market segment &
Drive revenue for xIoTz Cyber Assurance Platform, infrastructure services & cybersecurity
services, data centre management, and network implementation.
2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers, CIOs, CTOs, and IT managers to understand their needs and provide
tailored IT solutions.
3. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and
market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
4. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales
targets and expands the client base.
5. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and
proposals to prospective clients.
6. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and ensure
successful deal closures.
7. Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets in line with the target established in terms of
revenues & volumes.
8. Networking: Leverage your network in the IT industry to create new business
opportunities and partnerships.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements
are met and collaborate with other departments as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
2. Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT
Industry.
3. Knowledge of data backup solutions, cloud infrastructure services, cybersecurity
services, ITSM & ITAM solutions, data centre management, and network
implementation is a plus.
4. Sales experience preferably in a sales role with a focus on selling a range of products and
services.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
6. Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and trends.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
and responsibilities.
8. Expertise with small and medium-sized businesses is an advantage.
9. Track record of achieving or exceeding business established goals & sales targets.
10. Experience working in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment.
11. In-depth experience in Product/SME/SMB sales Background and Midmarket Selling.
12. Experience in lead generation tools & Customer databases
13. Good in leading complex negotiations with CXOs / Founders
14. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
