As an Android Developer, You will lead Predators Network into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an Agile Environment. The Success of Our in your hands as you transform vital business needs into code and drive innovation. Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. So ideally you will be responsible for creating multi-platform apps for iOS & Android using Google’s Flutter development framework. Android Developers for its rapidly growing Tech Team in order to build the next generation of services and applications that will change people’s lives for the better.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience in Android application development
- Good knowledge of using open source libraries in the Android ecosystem.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
- Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Android Kotlin code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Identify potential problems and resolve application bottlenecks.
- Design and implement application updates
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Hands-on experience with relational database systems and SQLite
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, design patterns, OOPS concepts
- A passion for beautiful, pragmatic code paired with a strong sense of product design
- You are a team-player who collaborates with developers, testers and product owner to create an amazing user experience.
This is a hybrid position Full time Roles. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from home 5 days a week. Additional Desired Skills:
- Staying up to date with new mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols.
- Good knowledge in Open Source, JAVA, Kotlin,Swift and Android development environment.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Experience with Github or similar version control tools
- Excellent Experience with JavaJ2ME, Eclipse, XML, Android APIs, Android SDK and Android Studio.
- Familiarity with cloud message API and push notifications.
- Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touch
- Knowledge of Flutter for cross platform app development is a huge plus
- Experience with iOS application development is a plus
