This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Communications Specialist


 

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • Serves as the strategist and main driver of the communications arm in delivering services and all assigned output;

  • Map out the communications plan for all campaigns, projects, and team programs. 

  • Produce well-researched content for multiple platforms, such as websites, surveys, email marketing, videos, and blogs;

  • Strategize and produce copies for all event marketing materials used by the graphic designer/video editor;

  • Draft internal communications in the form of memos, newsletters, and the like;

  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines; Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the team to ensure timely delivery of materials;

  • Primarily responsible for developing and producing podcasts and other virtual events; 

  • Develop scripts for live events such as official ceremonies, major company events, and the like. 

  • Will oversee the content development of our websites

 Desired Qualifications:

  • Two to five years of relevant experience developing content, scripts, and copies for various programs and platforms - live events, podcasts, internal comms, marketing materials, merchandise, etc. 

  • Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.

  • Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions. English is the primary language with some Taglish thrown in now and then.

  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision

  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management

  • Ability to work fast on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously;

  • Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication;

  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary

  • Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs, Canva, Photo/Video Editing Apps, and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products, and services.

  • In great health and available to work in different shifts depending on the schedule of events and activities; 

  • Can work long hours and onsite (office) or offsite (event venues) as required by the business.

  • Willing to work on a flexible working schedule 

  • Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
