Your Job

Supplier Enablement analyst is responsible for for creating and modifying supplier master records in multiple ERP systems as well as for related query handling. Supplier enablement anslyst will be part of The supplier onboarding team. Analyst should continuously look for ways to enhance the supplier and user experience and improve business processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization needed

What You Will Do

  • New Vendor Master Creation. Update requests while staying aligned to financial controls and process steps includes Onboard suppliers through dedicated online platform
  • Review and validate information and supporting documentation provided by the supplier (Tax ID, bank details) in accordance with minimum financial controls.
  • Confirm data entered is correct for Vendor and Alternate/Remit Vendor adds, updates and extends to company code.
  • Work cross-functionally with procurement, finance, 3rd party suppliers, operations, & IT to bring optimal solutions to supplier master data management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 5+ years work experience in accounting, Supplier onboarding & Vendor Master data management.
  • Understanding of Vendor Master creation, modification, activation & deactivation
  • Understanding of supplier due diligence
  • General understanding on Coupa application
  • Ability to reachout to supplier via phone calls. (as needed)
  • Maintain strong internal controls around VMD activities.
  • Prior experience in Knowledge Transfer (KT) – onshore/offshore

  • Hands on experience in Coupa and other ERP tools
  • Ability to work with high volume in systematic way
  • Ability to adhere to SLA expectations
  • Quick learner and ability to work under stringent timelines
  • Willingness to work in shifts (flexibility)
  • Extensive knowledge of Coupa and multiple ERPs
  • Experience in Transitioning Supplier onboarding & Vendor Master Management (onsite or remote)
