Specialty Pharmacy - Payor Access Coordinator

About the Job

Loopback Analytics is hiring a Payor Access Coordinator to join a newly implemented team pursuing new pharmacy insurance payors on behalf of our health system clients. This person will be responsible for performing assigned projects and working with clients to ensure payor requirements are implemented at client sites. This position will operate in a fast-paced environment that will require this individual to be able to multi-task and prioritize assignments based on aggressive timelines and opportunity.

Job Duties to Include

• Work with health system clients in editing policies to adhere to payor required processes
• Assist in operational workflow guidance to implement payor required changes within the pharmacy
• Become a subject matter expert in a Power BI based software reporting dashboard
• Audit client payor reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Attend routine meetings to update project status and communicate any potential barriers or delays
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Technical Experience:

• Microsoft Suite
• Familiar with pharmacy payors and access requirements
• Understanding of URAC and ACHC accreditation standards and process

Preferred Experience:

• 1-2 years’ experience or equivalent in specialty pharmacy; health system specialty preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft PowerBI

Personal Characteristics:

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with communicating with all levels within a healthcare organization

Travel expectation less than 5%
