On your typical workday as an Analytics Developer, you will:

  • You’ll configure data integrations across various marketing and analytics platforms using tools like Zapier, Make, Census, Segment, Hubspot, etc.
  • You’ll audit, build and customize Google Analytics (free and GA360 versions) and Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side) implementations. This includes coding, configuring, reporting, and internal training.
  • You’ll audit existing analytics and tag manager implementations, write measurement strategy documents, configure tracking and visualize data for various clients.
  • You’ll build data workflows and store data in BigQuery (Google Cloud), and query the data (if needed) to answer the most burning analytics questions.
  • You’ll proactively support our ads team and clients (developers and marketers) with various analytics-related ad-hoc questions.
  • You’ll have calls with clients to share insights and knowledge if needed.


As an ideal candidate:

  • You have in-depth experience configuring data integrations across various marketing and analytics platforms using tools similar to Zapier, Make, Census, Segment, Hubspot, etc. You can demonstrate your skills.
  • You have implemented/configured/customized Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager solutions for various businesses.
  • You have experience with JavaScript, HTML, and SQL. You can demonstrate it.
  • You speak English fluently, “pretty good” doesn’t cut it.
  • You’re highly organized and detail-oriented – you do your research, plan, prioritize, set goals and stick to them.
  • You’re a proactive and self-driven person who gets things done on time without being micromanaged.
  • You’re a curious person who’s always trying to improve your knowledge by reading industry blogs, listening to podcasts, and attending conferences.
  • It is possible for you to work remotely from any location within the UTC-1 to UTC+4 time zones.


Strategic thinking, complex problem-solving, and front-end development skills are required to succeed in this position.
