Sustainability Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; remote, Germany;

You will support the Sustainability Team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and advance our sustainability strategy, KPI management, and reporting.

Your responsibilities

Support development and implementation of CSRD-compliant sustainability reporting framework
Work on annual sustainability reporting.
Monitor legal developments and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with other relevant sustainability regulations.
Identify and advance priority initiatives that strengthen our sustainability program.
Support senior decision-making through high-quality research and presentations.

About You

University degree (Bachelor / Master) with grades supporting your good analytical and communication skills
At least 2 years of relevant work experience, either in a consulting company or as part of a corporate sustainability team
(Fashion) E-commerce or experience in a Tech/ Data company would be a plus
Knowledge of current sustainability reporting (CSRD) and other ESG standards and regulations
Sustainability reporting and communications
GHG emissions calculation and general KPI management
Project management and structured problem-solving
Good analytical + numerical skills
Excellent communication skills in German (verbal & written, at least C1)
