Veeva CRM Implementor

part-to- full time 

fully remote from Europe

Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Veeva Implementor to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining our Veeva CRM system to meet the specific needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements that optimize business processes and improve user experience

Key tasks

  • Oversee all Veeva projects, manage budget and timelines
  • Configure and customize Veeva CRM based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements.
  • Design and implement solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals.
  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure quality and accuracy of system configurations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
  • Stay current with Veeva product updates and new features, and recommend enhancements

Key requirements:

  • Experience in managing the  Veeva system
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or
    equivalent work experience).
  • At least 3 years experience as a Veeva CRM implementor or administrator.
  • Strong understanding of Veeva CRM functionality and capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva configurations, custom objects, and reports.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Veeva certifications (e.g., Veeva Administrator, Veeva Developer) are a plus
  • English - Fluent
