Job description

About the job

Atlas is redefining the luxury spending experience with a members-only, no-limit charge card. An Atlas card membership unlocks access to coveted experiences including the most in-demand restaurant reservations and last-minute luxury hotel booking.

We are looking for a highly motivated and connected individual to join our team as a West Coast dining specialist. As a key contributor to our member services team, you will play a pivotal role in securing and curating exclusive dining reservations and experiences for our members, with a primary focus on restaurants in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Aspen and the West Coast. Extensive experience in and general knowledge of the hospitality and the restaurant industry domestically and internationally is strongly preferred.

How You Will Contribute

Reservation Management:

  • Efficiently handle reservation requests for our members, successfully securing reservations at top tier and in-demand restaurants world wide, but with a primary focus on the West Coast.

  • Leverage expert industry knowledge to offer personalized recommendations tailored to members' inquiries and in line with their preferences.

Relationship Building + Partnership Development

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with in-demand restaurants with an initial focus on San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Aspen; ensuring priority access and seamless experience for our members.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to explore partnerships and exclusive offerings with in-demand restaurants.

Stay Informed:

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, new openings, and changes in the dining landscape.

  • Regularly update the team on noteworthy events, promotions, and culinary experiences on the West Coast.

  • Deeply understand the Atlas product and our Member’s needs to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless member experiences.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a concierge or client services/relations executive in a high-touch membership, dining/hospitality, or luxury services capacity.

  • Proven experience working with high-net worth clients to provide remarkable experiences and exclusive access.

  • A long-term resident of Los Angeles or San Francisco.

  • Proven experience excelling in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Willingness to adapt and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our members and align with restaurant operating schedules.

  • Ability to properly prioritize against competing needs.

Bonus

  • Familiarity with Zendesk or other SaaS communication platforms.

  • Additional industry contacts and restaurant knowledge in New York, Miami, and beyond.

Disposition

  • Passion for hospitality and dining; generally interested in the restaurant industry.

  • Excited about the prospect of re-imagining the card membership experience with the opportunity to engage with a community of ambitious Members and co-workers.

  • Thrives working independently within ambiguity, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Self-motivated and ambitious.

  • Enjoys the challenge of making the impossible happen.

  • Deep empathy - you can easily connect with others and understand their needs and implement their feedback.

  • Energetic, flexible, confident, and collaborative attitude.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to be an integral part of a brand that is creating a new standard of financial services and lifestyle membership — entering the ground floor of a fast-growing, category-defining company.

  • Competitive salary, stock options, and 401K.

  • Full health benefits (medical, dental, and vision insurance).

  • Generous vacation policy and paid company holidays.

  • Complimentary Atlas Membership
