Power BI Data Analysts Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard and Report Development:
    • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for the finance and commercial departments.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create visualizations that provide actionable insights.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing rigorous data validation and testing.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Provide ad-hoc analysis and generate custom reports to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Data Integration:
    • Connect and integrate data from various sources, including Xero, HubSpot, internal Google sheets/excel.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance dashboard usability and functionality.
    • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
    • Proven experience in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
    • Experience of remote working with UK teams preferable.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.
    • Knowledge of finance and commercial business processes is highly desirable.
    • Certification in Power BI or other relevant certifications.
