The Opportunity:

The objective of the Technical Account Manager is to collaborate closely between Adobe and one or more of Adobe’s Printing partners. The Account Manager is responsible for handling all technical aspects of the relationship from pre-sales, issue reproduction, testing and maintenance.

The Manager represents Adobe the company and its technology to OEMs.

What you'll Do:

•          Be responsible the customer relationship ensuring long term partnership and customer success.

•          Handle the development and implementation process of Adobe’s OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) print products and services in Europe.

•          Coordinate multi-functional teams, passionate about delivering new or upgrading existing products.

•          Supervise the projects from initiation through delivery, including planning and advising on schedules.

What you need to succeed:

•          Significant experience working in software development industry including proven experience in the PDF & print domain.

•          Technical Degree required (print engineering or computer science is ideal.)

•          Technical understanding of software development in C/C++ highly valued.

•          Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is a must. European languages a bonus.

•          Hands-on experience in customer liaison/engagement - international experience highly valued.

•          Prior Project Management experience beneficial.

•          Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

•          Must be self-motivated, passionate, energetic, proactive, dedicated, friendly, flexible, approachable, and confident.

•          Must be able to win the confidence and trust of their customers.

•          Strong organisational and time management skills.

•          Willing to travel regularly (mostly within Europe).
