Bright Tier Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Principal Basis Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will take significant responsibility for the success of customer engagements, supporting Technical Architects to enable high-quality customer designs, and leading a global team to deliver SAP cloud migrations successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Basis consultants in delivering successful SAP migrations to a Cloud Hyperscale, including design and migration basis activities.
Provide leadership, technical support, and evolution to customers who have migrated their SAP systems to a Cloud Hyperscaler, with a focus on proactively identifying and implementing solutions that avoid future issues and reduce costs.
Coordinate effectively with teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Proactively identify customer opportunities to deploy additional services and solutions.
Lead, mentor, and support more junior consultants.

Qualifications

Significant SAP Basis experience in a consulting environment.
Proven ability to lead teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Strong planning and reporting skills to demonstrate control over activities.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in budget management.
Ability to own significant, complex assignment risks and solve significant issues.
Experience working with offshore and nearshore solution providers.
Experience conducting Technical Assessments on larger SAP environments.
Experience performing Operational Assessments on Outsourced and/or Offshored services.
Experience in Quality Assurance on third-party, internal, or external implementations, upgrades, and infrastructure replacements.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of globally diverse teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
