Description

The Senior Compensation and Benefits Partner (C&B) is responsible for the ongoing evaluation of their unit’s compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and performance-based compensation. This role will work with the unit’s senior management to ensure that the compensation programs support the unit’s business objectives and address talent retention, internal equality, and market competitiveness. 


About The Role

  • Serve as an internal consultant and strategic business advisor to the internal leadership team and other stakeholders, including finance, business leaders, legal, HRBPs, recruiters etc.
  • Assist in planning and executing of the company’s compensation processes, ensuring high accuracy and data integrity. 
  • Participate in salary & benefits surveys and market trend studies, analyze and generate insights to assist in decision making.
  • Conduct and perform analysis of compensation processes and initiatives, such as annual compensation cycle, benchmarking, and salary ranges

Requirements

  • 5 years of C&B experience or similar experience – knowledge in sales compensation - advantage
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs 
  • Excellent analytical skills and a very high level of Excel
  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations - advantage
  • Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • BA in Economics or any other analytical relevant field
  • Good level of English
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain a high level of discretion in working with sensitive and highly confidential information.
