We are in search of a seasoned Group Product Manager to lead our Automations Group.

The Automations group lead one of the most vital areas in our platform: monday's automation and integrations, including a new product called monday workflows, an advanced automation tool. This position provides a rare opportunity to hugely impact a fast-growing, global company. You will oversee and promote 5 product teams, leading product managers, and collaborate with them to produce innovative, scalable solutions.

As a group product manager you will be in a great position to make a real impact on the entire company. You will manage and grow a team of top product managers, and help us deliver innovative solutions at scale. You will drive the strategy for a portfolio of products to create a deliberate plan and a cohesive strategy. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, develop go-to-market plans and business relationships to maximize the potential value we can deliver to our employees, customers, partners and investors.

About The Role

  • You will steer the teams responsible for maintaining and innovating our automations and integrations, including our sophisticated tool, monday workflows. Ensuring smooth user experience and maximum functionality.
  • Create substantial vision for the automation group based on trends and unique customer needs, transform these into practical roadmaps with your product managers, and coordinate cross-functionally for effective implementation.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a team of senior product managers, cultivating an environment of creativity, innovation, and palpable impact.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization, from developers and designers to sales, customer experience, and senior leadership teams.
  • Accelerate focus within your product teams to roll out impactful automation experiences that promise growth and evolution to a multi-function, integrated platform.



Requirements

  • You have extensive experience managing platforms that serve a large volume of customers You’re skilled at deriving product strategy from conception to launch, leading go-to-market plans and spearheading execution.
  • You’re expert at setting and achieving strategic objectives, adapting product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Your experience covers matrix management and working with peers and other team leads.
  • You have at least 6+ years of experience as a manager of product managers and have a proven track record in nurturing top talents. Experience in high growth environments will be an advantage.
  • Robust analytical skills, with experience in data-driven product decision making
  • Impressive communication skills, apparent in your ability to inspire and lead diverse teams and defend any strategic or operational decision confidently. 
  • Experience in SaaS - must
  • Development background will be advantageous.
