Responsibilities include

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams during design, develop, and maintain cloud-based software solutions.
You will report to Sr Engineering Manager
Experience testing L4-L7 technology, must be well versed in cloud firewall and/or tunnelling technologies
You will build repeatable system level automation suites to validate L4-L7 technologies
Focus on testing at scale, proficient coding using Python to automate testing
To diagnose customer issues and take ownership of issue resolution. Recreation of production issues, and providing necessary work around for resolution
Mentor junior engineers and take full ownership of features.
Experience in Architecture design, develop and maintain a system test automation infrastructure for a cloud product processing 400B transaction per day.
Ability to monitor the incoming and past customer issues and incorporate it a test plan
Continuously look to optimize the regression cycle.
Ability to create a traceability matrix of test cases to feature offering
Provide insights to the development team to enhance the RAS and debug feature of the product

Required Qualifications

10+ years of overall experience
Experience in Python programming.
Tools Development: Build tools and utilities to support the testing and development process, improving efficiency and productivity.
Test Automation: Develop scalable test automation frameworks for our cloud security products, covering several layers of the software stack.
Understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack, HTTP(S), TLS, PKI and other related protocols and products (DNS, DHCP, VPN, HA, routing and switching)
Exposure to different tunnelling methods like IPSEC/GRE
Background in expertise on L3, L4 and L7 filtering policies
Experience in Load balancers, IPS/IDS, Routers
Knowledge of Cloud platforms (ex: Azure, AWS), Networking, HTTP/HTTPS.
Debugging skills to debug complex Network Infrastructure/HTTP/SSL/Firewall problems in customer environments.
Performance Testing: Design and implement performance and load testing strategies to evaluate the efficiency and scalability of our cloud security solutions.
