Job description

Purpose:

This Job Location is in Lebanon working remotely.

The HR Assistant is responsible for assisting in various HR work such as: recruiting, staff leaves, staff schedule, staff performance reviews, staff visas, resident permits, and deal with various staff related issues.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Recruitment
  • Assist in Dealing with staff HR related issues
  • Assist in Managing Staff Leaves & Schedule
  • Assist in staff documents, visas, resident permits online and through Managing outsourced PRO’s
  • Assist in staff Performance Reviews



Requirements


Required Competencies:

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Proficient in English Language
  • Ability to learn UAE, Qatar, Oman Labor Law
  • Detailed oriented
  • Strong Follow up
  • Strong Computer knowledge, ability to use excel, HR softwares and other apps.
