Key Responsibilities

  • Helps & works with the consultants / Sr. consultants on client projects.
  • Learns how to manage time on various projects.
  • Works toward learning new technologies as per the project requirements.
  • You listen, advise, manage and optimize. As a linking pin between customer needs and the latest Microsoft solutions.
  • As a Technical Consultant you will be involved in setting up and managing the D365 environments from the start of the project phase.
  • After going live, you will provide support and advice to a large group of customers. This support consists of processing questions & malfunctions and monitoring alerts.
  • You will also proactively analyze the customer's systems to ensure that everything is stable and remains that way.
  • And you are therefore continuously busy with optimizing systems and environments and giving solicited and unsolicited advice.
  • Your goal is to manage and optimize the systems of our customers and to meet their expectations.
  • Supports commercial professionals in the presentation and elaboration of proposals for business-partners.
  • Supports client-teams with maintenance or support issues.
  • Organizes an adequate feedback-loop on achieved results and secures continuous improvement.

Requirements -

  • Expertise on OOPS, Cloud, Integration concepts.
  • Must have exposure writing code with Visual Studio, X++, C#.
  • Experience with extensions, coc, security, data entities, customer services, OData, logic apps, LCS, DevOps, etc.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements (FDD/TDD) and develop accordingly.
  • Shift Timings - 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
