Business Development Executive/ Executive Appointment Setting


We are looking for very professional, articulate, high-producing, high-energy, determined, outgoing, and professional people who can connect easily with people and share our story, via telephone.


Income can range from $60,000 to $120,000 annually working remotely from home. Compensation comes in the form of fees for set and held meetings plus compounding residual commissions from prospects that sign with Fusion. Income after a few years can reach over $200,000 annually.


We offer a unique form of partnership for successful real estate agents and small service-based companies, where we invest directly into their businesses to help them grow. There are no other companies in the country that we are aware of that do what we do.


The best form of business development for our company thus far has been sharing directly what we do for our partners. We offer a unique and highly desirable alliance with successful real estate agents and small service-based companies, however, because we are so unique and different, that typical marketing processes just make us look like a typical vendor – we are not. When someone really understands what we do, they want to join us. What we need is the time to show them how we are different and that is where you come in.


A successful candidate for this job position would be involved in directly calling those whom we identify as a “High-Value Target.” The goal is to secure a meeting and then tell our story. That’s it. If you can get a lot of meetings with “High-Value Targets,” the income potential is significant and the opportunity for advancement is clear.

Our ideal candidate is a polished professional who has experience in executive appointment setting and cold calling, and who enjoys calling people directly and introducing themselves without a prior introduction. Someone who connects easily with people and can secure appointments with potential partners without canceling.


We are looking for individuals who will become specialists in generating face-to-face conversations for our Partnership Development Executives who will not only present our growth platform but also work with them long-term to help them build their businesses.


The type of person we are looking to hire for this position has a strong ego, they are very confident and are not intimidated by successful people. These individuals are also persistent, able to speak their minds, and are driven to be successful in the tasks they set out to do. However, we also need these individuals to be willing and able to take direct and pointed coaching.
