Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions for HANA, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional analysts, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP ABAP Development for HANA-related activities, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including security and data privacy requirements. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, including mentoring and coaching to support their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
• Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong understanding of SAP development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with SAP development tools, including Eclipse and SAP Web IDE.
• Experience with SAP HANA database and SAP HANA Studio.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
