Job description

We are looking for a Typescript Engineer for our customer.

Project Context you will be working in: Part of the brand, focusing on a central reporting platform for a major finance company. It’s a Zero-Code platform allowing clients to autonomously create reports and analyses.
Further development of our reporting software according to customer requirements
Covering the entire development life cycle (requirements analysis in tickets,conception, implementation, testing, reviewing, ...)
Contributing to the software architecture
Work in teams of two to find solutions to problems that arise
Contributing new ideas to improve functionality and quality
Troubleshooting
Performance engineering
Optimising the developer experience (e.g. CI pipeline, automated tests, ...)

Requirements

Completed studies (Bachelor / Master) in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree programme with an average grade of 2.2 or better.
Ideally professional experience as a software developer, e.g. through internships, part-time jobs or 1-2 years of full-time employment after graduation. (Intelligent juniors preferred over experienced seniors with a mature mindset!)
Experience primarily with TypeScript, Angular, but also basic knowledge of Java and/or
JavaScript / jQuery
You are not afraid to make adjustments to the Java code on the server side
No fear or concerns about legacy code, even if this slows down development.
Hands-on mentality (seeing tasks and doing them yourself, not just writing great concepts).
Experience in the financial industry is not required!
