Fire Systems Business Development - National

Morgan Fire Protection is a leading provider of fire detection and prevention solutions. With our expertise and nationwide coverage, we deliver tailored solutions to a diverse range of clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Fire Systems Business Development professional.

Basic Salary £34-45,000 subject to experience

OTE £60-65,000

About the Role

As a Fire Systems Business Development professional, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for fire detection and prevention systems. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and develop effective solutions to meet their needs. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and prospecting potential new clients and market segments.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals. - No cold-calling required, all leads are provided by the business.
  • Providing ongoing support and account management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in fire systems technology.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

For this specific opportunity, we are looking for candidates who offer:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development within the fire systems industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network and connections in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide innovative solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ideally we're looking for someone centrally located in England as this role will involve UK-wide travel
