Your missions

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement new designs to enhance user satisfaction.

2. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively

communicate interaction and design ideas.

3. Optimize existing user interface designs.

4. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

5. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

6. Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements to create aesthetically pleasing and highly functional interfaces.

7. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to clearly understand business goals and user objectives.

8. Analyze customer responses and website data to ascertain high performing user experiences.

9. Test new ideas before implementing and conduct an ongoing user research.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, UX Design, Web Design).

2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. (3 years required)

3. A strong portfolio of design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications.

4. Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other

visual design and wire-framing tools.

5. Good understanding of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and

usability and accessibility concerns.

6. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

7. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a creative mindset.

8. Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.

9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The UI/UX Designer's role is a critical one in our organization and plays a vital role in ensuring the alignment of the web design and user experience with our customer's needs.
