To support us in this mission, we are currently looking for a Ambassador coordinator for our Field Sales department. Are you the one we’re looking for? Keep reading!

As an Ambassador coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing our ambassador program. You will search for locations, hire and plan ambassadors, manage their rewards and create the ambassador community. This role is in the field sales department: that means that the ambassadors are responsible for selling DIGI products to their peers.

Of course you can only coordinate the program once it has fully started so we need you to help us with the design and rollout of the program.

So: you are the brains and the hands for our ambassador strategy. You think, develop a plan, test the plan, and succeed!

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a strategy and action plan
  • Brief internal departments if you need their support to succeed
  • Hire, onboard and train our ambassadors
  • Arrange locations and make the planning to make sure our ambassadors can succeed
  • Do a constant PDCA on the strategy and action plan
