Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Account & Customer Insights subdomain.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and optimize features related to customer account management, including profile information, order history, etc.

  • Implement Qualtrics surveys (CES, NPS, etc.) to gather and analyze customer feedback.

  • Use survey insights to drive continuous improvement of account features and overall customer experience.

  • Ensure the subdomain provides a seamless and intuitive user experience for managing accounts and providing feedback.

  • Work with UX/UI designers to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.

  • Translate UX research findings into actionable product features and improvements.

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the subdomain.

  • Evaluate performance data to generate insights and pinpoint areas for improvement.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements
  • 2-3 years of product management or related experience.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing customer-focused features that drive engagement and retention.

  • Experience presenting to stakeholders and making data-driven decision

  • Excellent communication skills, conveying ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to translate UX research into actionable product features.

  • Experience in creating and maintaining product roadmaps.
