About the Client:
The client is seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team in a part-time
Admin and Accounts role. This position will support our administrative functions and
assist with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to
detail, proficiency in office software, and a basic understanding of accounting principle
1. Administrative Support:
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, filing documents, and
maintaining records.
Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring effective time management.
2. Accounts Receivable and Payable:
Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve any discrepancies.
3. Data Entry and Reporting:
Enter financial transactions into internal databases and reconcile invoices.
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as required.
4. Communication and Coordination:
Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and
general inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to support overall office efficiency and organization.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with the preparation of audit documentation and other compliance-related tasks.
