This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for Senior Data Analyst

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for working across multiple departments to provide end-to-end analytics support to the Sales organization. This analyst will primarily handle end-to-end analytics for revenue generating programs to monitor daily sales operations and assess periodical performance. With enough understanding of the business operations, the analyst will collaborate with leaders across different departments to improve existing reports, provide data-driven analytics, assess ROI, build new management tools, identify improvement opportunities and recommend decisions on key operational concerns by consistently communicating insights back to the business.  

This role requires a highly quantitative background with strong analytical skills, project management skills, with knowledge of finance, sales and marketing functions, and the ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams. Projects are likely to focus on maximizing sales opportunities.  In addition, the role will:   

  • Provide analytics support for management to manage revenue generating programs, gain insight and drive business decisions based on data and statistical methods 

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams – build relationships, prioritize tasks, achieve milestones   

  • Develop periodical performance monitoring reports and metrics with automation as a top priority 

  • Work closely with sales and marketing directors to improve and enable them in using analytical tools 

  • Identify improvement opportunities and develop creative solutions that optimize sales and marketing operations 

  • Drive project milestones from concept through project closure   

  • Actively drive project status reporting, issue identification and risk management   

  • Assess and document key steps: problem statement, process flows, gap analysis, solution and recommendations   

  • Facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations including global offices   

  • Performs variance analysis, modeling and forecasting 

  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, and metrics. 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in: 

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or finance analytics 

  • understanding of how marketing programs relate to sales functions and performance 

  • Assessing ROI and determining areas with efficiency strengths or weaknesses 

  • Gathering, interpreting and applying critical thinking to data to help inform decisions   

  • MS Excel, SQL and Tableau  

  • Working with large databases and transform into useful reports 

  • Working with Salesforce 

  • Nice to Haves (Skills): Project Management, Data Engineering, Data Visualization 

  • Nice to Haves (Tools): working with Hadoop and/or Alteryx 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills    

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present and synthesize data confidently across all levels of the organization    

  • Ability to think and influence both at the strategic and execution level    

  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously    

  • Experience documenting processes using project management methodologies    

  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner    

  • Proactive in raising observations from data and providing action items   

  • Experience working with a global organization and supporting top level management 

  • Willing to be on a night shift schedule
