Enterprise Account Executive (AE)

A bit about the role…

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise SaaS Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large enterprise SaaS sales models and cycles, with a particular focus on retail, physical security and loss prevention. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Solink, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by acquiring and managing key enterprise accounts, delivering exceptional value to our customers, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • You have proven experience in large enterprise SaaS sales models and cycles, preferably in the physical security, retail, or loss prevention sectors.

  • You have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • You have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • You have the ability to effortlessly build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, key stakeholders, and peers.

  • You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)..

  • You are on a never-ending journey of self-improvement and personal development, sharing your knowledge with others and taking responsibility for your own development.

  • You enjoy travel -  you will visit our customers when required to do walkthroughs and understand their business needs.

  • You are an overachiever. Targets and goals are meant to be exceeded, not met.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada or the U.S;

  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and target key enterprise accounts within the physical security space.

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.

  • Sales Execution:

    • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including presentations, negotiations, and contract management.

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Solink’s product offerings and their application in the retail and loss prevention sectors.

  • Account Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts.

    • Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Solink products and services.

  • Market Insights:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the physical security and retail sectors.

    • Gather and share market intelligence to inform product development and sales strategies.
