Lead Generation Intern (Upwork & LinkedIn)

Location: [Lahore/Onsite]

Type: Full-Time (Mon-Fri) 1 Day Work From Home Optional

Available Positions: 2

Length of Adventure: 3 exciting months internships leading to job

Experience: 3 Months of Experience Required

Stipend: up to Rs 20,000 + commission on qualified leads

Hello there! We're on the lookout for a super friendly and curious Lead Generation Intern to join our team. Your main playgrounds will be Upwork and LinkedIn, where you'll help us find and connect with new people who might need what we offer. If you love chatting online, making new friends, and are a bit of a detective when it comes to finding cool stuff on the internet, this could be the perfect gig for you!

What You'll Do:

  • You will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on Upwork bidding and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Find New Friends: Crafting compelling bids and proposals on Upwork to secure new business opportunities.

  • Conducting thorough research to identify potential clients and decision-makers on LinkedIn.

  • Initiating and nurturing relationships with prospects through personalized outreach messages.

  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.

  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of outreach campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results.

  • Providing regular reports and updates on lead generation activities to the management team.


  • Jump into Upwork and LinkedIn and look out for people and companies that might want to work with us.

  • Start Conversations: Drop friendly and interesting messages to get the conversation going with potential new friends.

  • Keep Track: Help us stay organized by keeping track of who you talked to and what they said.

  • Share Your Finds: Tell us about the interesting people and opportunities you find, so we can all get excited about them.

  • Team Time: Work together with our team, sharing what you learn and helping us all get better at making new friends.

Skills That Will Help You Shine:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Digital Marketing,Sales,or a related field.

  • Basic organizational ethics and commitment to learning.

  • Familiarity with Upwork bidding processes and best practices

  • You're super comfortable hanging out online, especially on Upwork and LinkedIn.

  • You like talking to new people and you're pretty good at it.

  • You're a bit of a detective, enjoying the challenge of finding hidden gems on the internet.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation techniques.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus.
