Who We're Looking For:

Are you someone who loves digging into details and solving puzzles? Do you get excited when you make sense of confusing numbers or when you find a pattern nobody else sees? If yes, then you might be the perfect fit for our team! We're looking for a Business Analyst Intern - a curious, eager learner who wants to help us make smart decisions by understanding our data better.

What You'll Do:

  • Contribute as part of the team responsible for implementing business process management practices for delivering optimized process implementation to clients.

  • Define and evaluate operational problems and recommend solutions in close partnership with key internal stakeholders, including Senior Process Analyst, and Clients.

  • Play with Data: Analyze work streams and data trends to identify issues. Raise issues identified and you'll dive into data, sort it out, and find the interesting bits that tell Leadership something useful.

  • Develop & update process documentation, work instructions, and other tools to support execution.

  • Find Clues: Like a detective, you'll look for clues in the market trends and what our customers like or don't like.

  • Join Forces: Work together with our experienced team members on special projects. Your fresh ideas will be really important here!

  • Tell Stories: You'll learn to take complex data and tell simple stories that everyone in the team can understand and use.

  • Be Creative: Analyze existing workflows and assist in the design to transform workflows to ensure high-quality, efficient, standardized processes.We love new ideas, so you'll be part of brainstorming sessions where you can share your thoughts and help shape our future.


Skills We'd Love You to Have:

  • Basic organizational ethics and commitment to learning.

  • Process Thinking Mindset

  • You're studying something like a Bachelor in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or anything related, or you just finished your studies.

  • You've played around with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and if you know something about SQL or making cool charts, that's a big plus!

  • You're super curious, always asking "why?" and "how can we make this better?"

  • You're great at talking and writing about your ideas clearly and simply.

  • Great communication and Interpersonal Skills.

  • Personal laptop Required

  • Great if you have hands on experience with any of the following tools: Jira, Monday, Asana, ClickUp, Wrike

  • Good to have the knowledge and hands-on experience with digital automation tools such as Zapier.
