accuracy and troubleshooting. Our Provider Relations Advocate is responsible for managing providers and internal team members to identify opportunities for continued enhancements in the provider journey that support lasting and trusting relationships with our network of providers
.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a
Provider Relations Advocate, you will be responsible for:
- Handling provider inbound calls in navigating Amplifon Hearing Health Care websites and encourage and reassure them to become self-sufficient
- Educating providers on member benefits, plan exclusions, and procedures to enhance total customer service experience
- Making outbound calls to providers to help implement training and development of our network providers through education programs and internal mentoring
- Responding to inquiries through various channels (Webchat, Emails, Text Messages, etc.) in a prompt manner
- Demonstrating and maintaining a thorough and complete working knowledge of appropriate Amplifon information management systems and telephone systems
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience with at least 1 year of working in a provider service capacity
- High School Diploma or GED
- ACD experience preferred (Five9, or other VOIP phone system preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Medical Insurance terminology
- Flexible, high achiever with ability to learn quickly and meet department goals and deadlines consecutively
- Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm CST
