Launch Team - Integration Lead – Discovery, Launch and Automation

Radial, the leader in omnichannel commerce technologies and operations has an exciting opening for an Integration Lead – Discovery, Launch and Automation. Role Summary

As the Automation Integration Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring the proper setup and configuration of the testing environment for lower life cycle and production testing in preparation for the launch. Need to have good environment setup understanding and the technical aspects of all the applications. Collaborating closely with teams such as developers, testers, and project managers, you must have a deep understanding of the technical infrastructure and excellent communication skills. Your role will involve identifying and resolving issues that may arise during testing and working with stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective conduct of UAT, Automation Integration testing, and Operational Readiness Testing. You'll also be responsible for coordinating and building low-level achievable plans for deployment, unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and operational readiness testing. You will keep track of progress and come up with dashboards and progress reports for the launch readiness. Day-to-day, you will be involved in testing phases across teams, including WMS/TMS/Automation, and bring in necessary scenarios to ensure thorough testing. Additionally, you'll work with the business team to make sure everything is thoroughly tested and add any missing pieces for the smooth and efficient launch of the product.

Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of data analysis workflow, ability to report insights for launch/discovery and automation.
  • Experience launching predictive analytics dashboards.
  • Advanced coding knowledge in SDLC.
  • Advanced data modeling experience for launch, discovery, and automation.
  • Develop and execute project test plans for integration and performance testing, including 1X and 2X volume testing for peak readiness.
  • Must be technical and understand the technical aspects of the products along with automation.
  • Oversee the successful integration of all products and outline use case scenarios for UAT and ORT.
  • Identify integration opportunities (e.g., WCS/WES/Sortation) and develop solutions that optimize supply chain performance from launch and peak readiness perspectives.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure ongoing success of integrated supply chain initiatives, including training programs and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and proactively address potential issues.
  • Communicate project testing progress for launch, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including executive leadership, and make recommendations for corrective action as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for integration testing, UAT, and Operational Readiness Testing optimization within the supply chain.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, procurement, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration throughout the entire testing phase.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that end users from the operations teams are effectively trained in UAT / Integration testing to review and use the scenarios for Operational readiness and peak readiness.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure the successful launch and ongoing learning for further improvement.
  • Use strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Discover solutions that can improve the efficiency, automation, and effectiveness of supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external stakeholders is highly desirable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university Required.
  • Experience working with Manhattan WMOS product and/or Manhattan Active is a must.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of performing UAT’s, defining the use case scenarios and composition of operational readiness testing.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of progressive Operations experience in a Launch Integration Lead role.
  • Deep understanding of data analysis workflow, ability to report insights for launch/discovery and automation.
  • Experience launching predictive analytics dashboards.
  • Advanced coding knowledge in SDLC.
  • Advanced data modeling experience for launch, discovery, and automation.
  • Experience in creating productivity improvement through continuous improvement efforts technically.

Travel:
