The Role


Join our team as a highly motivated and experienced Data-Driven Sales Specialist!


You’ll act as a 'second in the door' salesperson, unlocking valuable insights for Operators through CoworkIntel and showcasing the tangible benefits these insights can bring to their business.


You'll be at the forefront of shaping our understanding of market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer needs. As the perfect fit for the role, you’ll excel in data gathering, market research, content creation, and sales!



What will you be doing?


  • Demo CoworkIntel and other relevant research tools to potential clients
  • Convert demos to paying customers on the CoworkIntel platform
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for data collection from coworking operators, either from API connections or other data sharing methods
  • Train and support users of CoworkIntel on the use of the product
  • Gather, structure and share customer/user feedback with the Product Team



What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate research data, analytics, or a closely related field
  • Proven experience in supporting data and analytics products with customers
  • Proactive and strategic thinking and ability to lead research initiatives, align research with the business and innovate research output
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • High-level analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
