Nature and Scope of Job

We are seeking a strong Data Analyst that is experienced with Salesforce, Microsoft co-pilot, AI and in building automation. In this role a strategic approach is required to analyze license management, ensure compliance, optimize cost, and support various teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce licensing agreements to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Teams, MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and Ariba to monitor and report on license usage.
  • Analyze and forecast licensing needs based on usage trends and company growth.
  • Work closely with IT and procurement teams to negotiate and secure licensing contracts.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation related to Salesforce license management.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new licensing tools and policies.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with software vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any licensing issues.
  • Address and resolve accounts payable-related queries and issues concerning invoices and purchase orders.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Data Analyst experience.
  • Previous experience managing Salesforce licenses highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office (Excel), Tableau, SAP, and Ariba.
  • Familiarity with software license procurement, compliance, and management.
  • Strong experience in handling accounts payable processes, including invoice and PO management.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal abilities and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Compensation

Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 30.00 - 40.00

The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.

Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.

Both full and part time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
