The RoleThis position is responsible for the on-site and remote support of the WH&R approved property management, hotel level, and central reservations systems for franchised owned locations. The position is expected to be the in-house subject matter expert (SME) for the SynXisCR, Opera, and Sabre property management systems/products. This person will also be responsible for ensuring the PMS Training team are using current documents and checklists provided by the WH&R Product team.
