Core Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team or department
Oversee the processing building and zone application requirements and coordinate with architects and other stakeholders where required
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Input, update, and maintain data accurately in various databases and systems.
Verify data integrity by comparing it to source documents and reviewing for errors.
Retrieve and compile data from different sources as required.
Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files.
Requirements
Practical experience in providing VA services to Australian businesses and if possible real estate/construction companies
Basic understanding of real estate and construction terminology, and processes.
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
