Experience Required

Junior: Fresh Grad to 1.5 years of Experience

Core Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Communication Management:

  • Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.

  • Draft and proofread emails, memos, and communications.

  • Facilitate internal and external communication.

Information Management:

  • Organise files, records, and databases.

  • Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations.

  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and executing special projects or events.

  • Coordinate logistics, gather resources, and communicate updates.

  • Track project timelines and milestones.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships.

  • Serve as a point of contact for team members and clients.

  • Anticipate needs and provide proactive support.

Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken english skills

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

  • Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

  • Ability to anticipate needs and make independent decisions.

  • Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills.
