Job description

**Job Description**

Are you driven by the desire to innovate in the healthcare sector? Do you envision yourself at the helm of a product that has the power to revolutionize patient care? Are you optimistic about the potential of data and research to enhance medical outcomes?

We are on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead the creation and growth of a nascent data platform, guiding it from its initial stages to market introduction and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with an engineering leader and a dedicated team of engineers to forge significant components of our platform.

**Role Responsibilities**

- Gain an intimate knowledge of our user base and their interaction with our product by synthesizing internal feedback, analyzing data, and engaging directly with users.

- Craft a product roadmap grounded in data and hypotheses, articulated through a narrative that resonates with our strategic goals and key results.

- Mobilize a multidisciplinary team encompassing Engineering, Product Design, Quality Assurance, Customer Success, and more, to plan and execute high-impact projects.

- Oversee product development processes, including sprint planning, daily sync-ups, design critiques, retrospectives, and any necessary meetings to bolster the team.

- Supply the necessary context and details to inform product, design, and engineering decisions, utilizing product proposals, specifications, and user stories.

- Work in tandem with the design team on problem-solving and solution-finding initiatives to affirm product direction, through prototype testing, user feedback, and research.

- Coordinate product launch efforts, setting milestones, prepping teams internally, and collating user feedback.

- Track the effectiveness of product initiatives through both quantitative and qualitative metrics, making adjustments to strategies as needed to maximize results.

- Lead product promotion activities, including crafting release notes, showcasing features to internal teams, updating stakeholders, and participating in customer discussions.

**Requirements**

- Proven track record of launching new products and managing their lifecycle.

- Expertise in developing modern, user-facing data products with a strong foundation in data analysis and data engineering principles.

- Familiarity with clinical data, including a comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and the challenges of data interoperability.

- A history of making informed, data-driven product decisions and taking ownership of the outcomes.

- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.

- Excellent at prioritizing tasks and possessing a keen sense of what is most important.
