Your missions

We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Bookkeeper to support a new client with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, and Zoho CRM, and will be skilled in conducting research to identify potential lending companies and hedge funds.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Management:

  • Oversee and manage financial operations using Zoho Books and QuickBooks Online.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
  • Generate, reconcile, and present comprehensive financial reports.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain and update client information in Zoho CRM.
  • Monitor client interactions and produce insightful reports.
  • Utilize CRM data to enhance client relationship management.

Research:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential lending companies and hedge funds.
  • Compile, analyze, and present research findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and investment opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, and Zoho CRM.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
  • A webcam
  • Noise-canceling USB Headset
  • Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
  • Smartphone
