THE ROLE

Future Works, a digital solutions agency that drives cutting-edge innovation, technology, and experience design to leading companies seeks a Sales Representative.

We have nearly a decade of remote-first delivery and 8 years of work on AI projects, we’ve perfected the delivery of demanding, complex projects against strict timelines.

This is a demanding and results-focused sales role that aims to bring the maximum amount of qualified relationship leads into the Future Works business.

Your role will be to generate a maximum amount of qualified leads per quarter and assist in closing them. You will be paid per performance, which means a potentially large pay out (our annualized client project value is 6-7 figures). Our current close rates are between 15-20%.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead generation & prospecting

• Identify, source, and actively engage potential leads through diverse channels, including website inquiries, LinkedIn, social media, and any other source you determine will drive qualified leads.

• Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their needs and how Future Works can effectively address them.

Proposal preparation

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather essential information for proposal development.

• Prepare and tailor proposals to meet the unique needs and expectations of prospective clients.

Management & reporting

• Accurately track and update the status of leads and prospects within the CRM system.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain consistent, proactive communication with prospects

• Strategically manage and optimize the sales funnel from initial contact to project initiation.

• Maintain precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and proposal statuses.

• Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, lead generation, and funnel metrics.

• Document and share best practices for sales and client engagement to enhance team performance.

PROFESSIONAL GROWTH

  • Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Chief Business Officer collaborating closely with various department leads.
  • Career Pathway: Proven success in this role opens the pathway toward a Sales Director.

PAY

  • $1k month base salary.
  • 5-10% commission on leads you to bring that we close. Our project values range from $50k - $500k.

  • 3+ years in a sales role with a proven track record of developing leads for professional services companies.
  • Adaptability in complex, evolving work environments.
  • Proficiency in creating workflow systems.
  • Experience with remote and distributed teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Integrity, urgency, and a results-oriented approach.
