Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Possess detailed knowledge of TIBCO Spotfire for report development, configuration, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, interpret, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Develop standard and custom reports and dashboards using Spotfire.
Analyze and present data to identify analytics opportunities.
Communicate effectively with product owners to convey analytical insights.
Validate the accuracy and quality of work.
Actively participate in daily stand-up scrum calls.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in TIBCO Spotfire for developing reports and dashboards.
Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to develop visualizations and reports using TIBCO Spotfire.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery model.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in report development.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 4 years of practical experience in visualization/report development, working directly with teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong meeting facilitation skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
