Job description

An experienced and passionate Eastern African Safari Travel expert is required to join our team. You will possess comprehensive knowledge of Eastern Africa safari destinations and have a proven track record in travel consulting. Some of your responsibilities will include designing detailed safari itineraries, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

Extensive experience designing and selling customized itineraries across Eastern Africa, including destinations such as Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.

Able to provide expert advice on safari experience, lodges, wildlife and travel logistics

Manage all aspects of the booking process, from initial inquire to post-trip follow ups.

Proficiency in travel booking systems

Updated on industry trends, new lodges and travel products in Eastern Africa
