Airbot Technology Limited (https://www.airport.ai/) is the worlds leading customer service
platform for the airport industry. We have developed a software-as-a-service platform
allowing airports to communicate efficiently with passengers on their websites, mobile
applications or 3rd-party messaging applications. We are currently working with more
than 80 airports around the world, including Frankfurt, London Gatwick, Lisbon and
Sydney airports.
Your profile
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and hold relevant content management or account
management experience from previous positions. You are a hardworking and very
structured person. Good Excel skills, together with written and oral fluency in English, are
required. Knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish and a general affinity for languages is
preferred.
Your responsibilities
As a Content Manager, you will be involved in the following tasks:.
Content management: you will assist clients in making content changes and keeping
their knowledge base up-to-date.
Data analysis: you will actively research ways to improve the clients knowledge using
the analytics available from Airport AIs platform.
Account development: you will keep clients informed of the content changes made in
the platform, and request information from them when needed.
