- Proficiency in Chinese + English
- Communication and Understand English
- Independently lead requirement gathering discussion and translate 
requirements to concise and clear visual e.g process flows
- Proficient in use of Atlassian and Draw.io, etc. 
- In general this person should have e-com, opstech, data app ex, erp ticket
