Position Purpose/Summary: As a Cloud Security Administrator, you are an experienced cloud technology security professional who will ensure the security of our cloud technology deployments. You will have a good understanding of cloud services and will provide guidance and direction to the security functions of the DevSecOps pipeline architecture used within the organization. This individual will assist in the migration of on-premises services to cloud-based technologies where appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information security or related discipline and 1-3 years of relevant experience expected 4-6 years of relevant experience are required without a degree.
- Technical knowledge of cyber security risks, threats, defenses, and threat modeling to effectively assess the security implications and requirements for the introduction of new cloud technologies.
- Experience in managing and monitoring a centralized logging architecture and SIEM integration.
- Knowledge in Cloud Identity and Access Management (IdAM) (e.g., defining least privileged policy).
- Proficiency with IDS/IPS, Conditional Access Policies (CAP), and Network Security Groups (NSG)
- Experience with core central networking and organizational cloud services/components (VPC, Transit Gateway, Firewall, VPN, Web Application Firewall).
- Understanding of cloud service delivery models: containers, storage, and networks; virtual infrastructure management with self-provisioning and scaling.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Working experience in the Azure Cloud environment and Defender products.
- Knowledge around DevOps practices and Source Control management tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket etc.
- Public Cloud Certifications.
- Experience in Financial Services or other Regulated Industries.

Compensation Range: $65,000/Yr. - $90,000/Yr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*
