Elite CEOs is an online consulting business where we help coaches & consultants scale their online companies.


Some of the niche's we work with are Online Fitness Coaches, Marketing Agencies, Mindset Coaches, Finance Consultants, Real Estate Investing Consultants, and more.


You will do dialing and messaging to set leads up on appointments to our offers.


We're looking to recruit top appointment setters who have a strong business acumen to be a part of our team. You will be responsible for having dynamic conversations that drive the consumer to want to do business with us. Conversations are not scripted and we pride ourselves in creating relationships and hearing the needs of our customers. As an appointment setter you will need to think quickly and provide a personalized experience for each consumer based on their wants and needs. Therefore, the ability to multi-task, improvise, and type quickly is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to prospects in chat software's, social media accounts, and email if needed
  • Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives.
  • Keeping a detailed log of your contacts, including those which were not interested.
  • Following up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past.


Requirements:

  • Must be able to type 45 WPM
  • Must be experienced at navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
  • Must have social media experience
  • Must have effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Possess critical thinking skills
  • Career-oriented and professional
  • Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is a plus
  • 1+ year experience in appointment setting
  • Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
  • Must attend daily/weekly team meetings
  • Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
  • 1+ year of cold outbound calling a plus
  • Some Experience in B2B sales a plus


OTE: $5-7k/month
