Your missions

Our client is a growing global consultancy company that has offices across the UK & Ireland, they offer great hybrid or remote working to suit candidates' needs.

This is a standalone role with the opportunity to grow a team in the coming years. It is a great opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career and run the Accounts Department. The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working in previous consulting-type companies and is familiar with a number of different accounting systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing all Accounts Payable/Receivable and Credit Control functions
  • Preparation of monthly Accruals and Prepayments
  • Ensure all invoices & credits are processed in compliance with appropriate controls
  • Ensure timely payment to and from clients & 3rd parties within agreed Payment Terms
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues
  • Setting up New Vendors on the AP System after completion of procurement checks


Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and forward-thinking capabilities
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management both internal and external
  • Strong Excel experience and experience working on numerous different billing systems
