8+ years of combined experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, product development, and vendor management, Solid technical skills with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset, Experience in Java, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, REST, SOAP, and software architecture design, Proven track record in leading large projects and managing teams, Knowledge or experience with Service Now Service Management is preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Lead technical and business analysts to deliver solutions for Customer Success
- Develop functional solution designs based on business needs
- Manage software engineering team for scalable applications on various platforms
- Work with global teams on custom applications on the ServiceNow Platform and other tools
- Mentor teams, troubleshoot code, lead vendor evaluation, participate in reviews, and create POCs
