Job Description

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Consultant for IT Business Management (ITBM) and Strategic Portfolio Management solution. We are seeking someone with experience with Enterprise PMOs and who can provide leadership and domain expertise for customers seeking to transform their organisations with Strategic Portfolio Management. The candidate will have a combination of being well versed in presenting solutions to varied audiences and hands-on technical knowledge to go broad and deep on solution positioning as part of sales cycles.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Supporting the sales cycle with deep-dive knowledge of ServiceNow's IT Business Management Solution, including Application Portfolio Management (APM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Agile Management Solutions, that includes both agile development and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Help develop programs that enable solution consultants, solutions sales, and account teams to position and demonstrate the value of Strategic Portfolio Management on the ServiceNow platform
  • Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, respond to RFx requests, demonstrations and run proof of value and concepts for the customer
  • Develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on ITBM by providing product and industry insight (Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, webinars, etc.)
  • Collaborate and align with product management and development team members to enhance ServiceNow products with new capabilities that address customer needs
  • Contribute to and maintain a showcase of ITBM solutions created on the ServiceNow platform
  • Staying current on competitive analysis and understand how to best position ServiceNow Suite to ensure we keep ahead of opportunities, obstacles, and challenges

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 3+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in (product specific area)

  • The ability to architect and effectively communicates and sell solutions to business challenges

  • The ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C-level execs at customers as well as with individuals in the ServiceNow ecosystem

  • Prior experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

  • The understanding of the PPM market and Strategic Portfolio Management

  • Experiences from working with agile processes and solutions

  • Exhibit prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technologies

  • Strong written and oral communication skills and is self-directed and independent (Japanese language)

Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

Remote

A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
