The Educational Equality Institute, an NGO based in Norway committed to educating and thereby empowering disadvantaged girls.

In response to the war in Ukraine, we started the project: “Together for Ukraine”.

Free educational programs where we, together with our partners, will help 100.000 Ukrainians shape their future through education, upskilling, and employment.

We are seeking passionate volunteers to join our team as Digital Skills Online Class Instructors. In this role, you will deliver educational content through online classes, helping students enhance their digital and tech skills. We encourage you to teach topics that you are comfortable with and knowledgeable about.

Role Scope

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for online classes focused on digital skills you are proficient in (e.g., data analysis, programming, machine learning, data visualization, SQL, Python, etc.).
  • Conduct live virtual classes for students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to improve teaching strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in teaching or tutoring digital and tech skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and implement effective lesson plans.
  • Comfortable using online teaching platforms.
  • Passion for education and helping underprivileged communities.
  • Fluency in English.
